Intake Call

When you reach out for an initial assessment, the team at DoctorsManagement, LLC is ready to hit the ground running. We want to get to know your hiring manager, lead physicians, and anyone else who plays a role in hiring and decision-making at your practice. During this meeting, we will ask for information like:

  • What qualities do you look for in an outstanding candidate?
  • What is your timeline for hiring and training?

Initial Searches

Once we feel we have a good idea of what you’re looking for, we cast a wide net over our application pool. We maintain an extensive network of industry connections so we can find individuals who fit your precise specifications as closely as possible. Our staff will do the heavy lifting of narrowing down options and present you with a short list of interesting candidates. If no one catches your eye, we will repeat the process until someone does.

Interviewing

Next Steps

Following interviews, we request feedback from clients and providers alike. We check on the professional references of your top candidates.  If we do not see a strong match, we go back to our applicant pool and find new options. Otherwise, we inform you of our findings and guide you through the final stages of the hiring process.

Offer and Negotiations

After we run a background check on your top candidate, we help you make the job offer.  DoctorsManagement, LLC will continue serving as your third-party mediator to start your communications on the right foot and negotiate a contract that is acceptable to all based on current industry data.

How Much Does Recruiting Cost?

Pricing for our placement services varies by client and how extensive their hiring needs are. It is primarily composed of two things:

  • Initial flat fee: A modest retainer will get us started for you – posting the ad and reviewing the incoming resumes. No other fee will be charged until we present you with 2 qualified candidates.  Upon successful placement of the position with your top candidate, the remainder of the fee will be charged, to equal a total of 10% of the position’s first-year expected compensation.
  • Additional fees: Job postings, background check fees, additional searches, and other tasks not previously agreed upon

Rest assured all our pricing is contingent on results. Our clients only pay the full price when we find the Manager, Administrator, or NP/PA that they ultimately choose to hire.
